PEdSIG are pleased to announce their support of the Paediatric GEMS project. Paediatric GEMS (Great Education across Medical Schools) is a network which has been created to help address the challenge of teaching paediatrics and child health in COVID-19 times and beyond, to share ideas, solutions and resources.
Members of the Paediatric GEMS collaboration are hosting virtual meetings fortnightly, and have developed a private network website for sharing resources, particularly those which may help with remote and online teaching.
The Paediatric GEMS team are keen have course leads and faculty involved from all UK medical schools. They are aware there is a Medical Schools Council initiative to do this on a School-wide basis and will link to that where possible/appropriate.
Please email us at [email protected] for more information. Please tell us your role in undergraduate paediatric teaching, and your medical school.
